Since joining as a service technician in 2017, Mario Dümer has played an indispensable role in the team. Through his deep understanding of the industry and strategic acumen, he has been instrumental in driving various management initiatives, including streamlining the supply chain, improving service operations, and developing innovative cloud-based fleet management and forklift safety solutions.

In his new role, Mario Dümer will oversee the operational aspects of ELOKON GmbH, ensure seamless customer support, optimize supply chain processes and foster collaboration with sister companies ELOKON Inc. in Atlanta and ELOKON Polska in Warsaw. He will work closely with teams to realize the full potential of the group.
