ELOKON Team Meeting 2022
Almost 100 ELOKON employees got together for two days in June in Hamburg for this year’s summer team meeting. They enjoyed seminars and workshops, a type of treasure hunt in the St. Pauli district and an evening at the Hard Rock Café at the Landungsbrücken – the Landing bridges by the harbour.
The Thursday morning began with presentations from each of the company departments, alongside an in-house event where attendees were able to get a closer look at ELOKON’s latest innovations and product launches, or just catch up with colleagues.
The afternoon was devoted to a bit of fun. Staff were divided up into teams for the treasure hunt in and around the streets of St. Pauli, where they tried to solve the most clues in a set amount of time. Quite a hot undertaking given the time of year!
Wonderful weather and fabulous views of the Elbe and harbour from the Hard Rock Café formed the perfect backdrop for the evening’s celebratory meal and awards for the winners of the treasure hunt. Individual department meetings, workshop and breakout sessions were on the agenda for the following morning. A communal lunch ended this wonderful two-day team event – and we are already looking forward to the next one!
