To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a driven Sales Manager / Sales Executive with proven experience in B2B sales, new business development, and solution selling. This role focuses on winning new customers in intralogistics, forklift safety systems, and capital equipment sales across the UK.


Key Responsibilities

New customer acquisition / Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new customers in intralogistics, material handling, forklift fleet management, and safety solutions.

  • Project Sales & Solution Selling: Consultative sales approach – analyze customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
  • Networking & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers (procurement, logistics directors, HSE managers, operations leaders).
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities in the intralogistics and safety technology markets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product management, technical engineering, and marketing to deliver best-in-class customer solutions.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in intralogistics, safety technology, forklift solutions, or capital goods.
  • Proven hunter mentality: ambitious, resilient, motivated by winning new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling skills: ability to explain technical solutions clearly and demonstrate ROI and customer value.
  • Excellent networking and communication skills across all levels of decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial, structured, and target-driven mindset with strong self-motivation.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel approx. 50% across the UK.
