ELOKON Logistics Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is seeking a dynamic managing director with a strong sales and marketing focus to faithfully lead our successful and expanding company into its next phase of growth in Eastern Europe.

Due to our strong international growth we are currently seeking to hire a

Managing Director Sales at ELOKON Logistics sp. z. o.o. (m/f/d)

Job Overview

  • Setting and executing the overall growth strategy for ELOKON Logistics in Poland and Eastern Europe
  • Management of the ELOKON Logistics sales and service team in Warsaw, with currently 15 employees
  • Developing and executing key account management plans in day-to-day interactions with ELOKON’s largest customers
  • Full P&L, budget, hiring and marketing responsibilities
  • Closely working with the ELOKON sister companies in Germany and the USA to promote cross-border key account management business

The candidate

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, Polish as mother tongue
